Prescription Refill Policy
We offer patient prescription refills at every office visit. It is best if you bring a list of your current medications to ensure timely refills. Should you require a refill outside of a visit to the office, please give at least a 48-hour advance notice for the request.
To obtain a prescription refill, simply call (315) 298-2768 during business hours. You will speak with our receptionist who will ask:
- Your name
- Date of birth
- Address
- Phone number
- Medication name
- Dose
- Frequency
- Quantity
REMINDER: Prescriptions for controlled substances MUST be transmitted electronically as of 3/27/15. Due to state law, these prescriptions cannot be called in or picked up.
